If you wish to return your creation, please send an e-mail to contact@ellaodelin.com indicating your order number. You have 14 working days after receipt of your purchase to notify us of your wish to return or exchange your jewel.

Please include all original items in your return package. Return costs are free only for exchanges and only in metropolitan France. They remain the responsibility of the customer in the event of a request for reimbursement and/or outside metropolitan France. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, via the use of the return label which will be sent to the Customer following his request.
