My jewelry piece has a small defect

Guarantee

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase upon presentation of the invoice. Ella Odelin guarantees only cover a manufacturing defect. Your item will be examined, and if a manufacturing defect is detected, we will replace it with a product of the same model or equivalent of equal value, based on the price indicated on your invoice.

Our warranty applies under normal use.

The warranty does not include aging, wear and alteration due to the use of a perfume, as well as deterioration, breakage or loss resulting from an accidental circumstance, the intervention of a third parties, improper use or lack of maintenance.

Any damage resulting from misuse cannot be covered by the brand. In this case, an expertise will be made by the brand and will give rise to an estimate to be paid by the customer.

The buyer must be in possession of the invoice or the certificate of authenticity in the event that he has a claim under this warranty.

The repair of a jewel that is no longer under warranty will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that repair times are at least between 3 to 4 weeks.
